The Most Powerful Women in the World

Besides 12th-ranked Oprah Winfrey, Beyonce finished higher than any other entertainer on Forbes’ just-released rankings of the 100 most powerful women in the world for 2015. While Bey came in at #21 on the list, other showbiz titans who made the cut include Ellen DeGeneres at #50, Angelina Jolie at #54, Sofia Vergara at #57, Taylor Swift at #64, and Shakira at #81. Swift’s inclusion makes her the youngest woman to ever appear on the list. Here are the women who made the top 10:

Hillary Clinton
Melinda Gates
Federal Reserve Bank Chairwoman Janet Yellen
General Motors CEO Mary Barra
International Monetary Fund director Christine Lagarde
